No tuition refunds are given after the first class of the session. Once confirmed in a class, an administrative fee of $25 will be deducted for withdrawals.
Registration fees are non-refundable. Opened materials cannot be refunded/returned and must be purchased.
Two make-ups per family, per term are allowed on a space-available basis. Make-ups can only be redeemed during the current session and do not roll over term to term. You can schedule these on the website (under "Enrolled Families") any time during the session.
We know that for some of our families, finances have been greatly impacted by the current situation. Thanks to the generosity of our wonderful community, we have a scholarship fund, and it is there to support you. Scholarship applications are available for those families who want to make the commitment to providing rich musical development opportunities for their family but may be in financial need.
