Class fees and refund policy
Winter Online Tuition & Fees
$169 per family per class (siblings free in same class)
$159 per family for all Monday 9-week classes (no class on MLK Day, Monday, Jan 18)
$159 On Demand** class (One weekly pre-recorded class that you can 'go to' when it's convenient for you. 9 total weekly recordings. No recording will be done the week of MLK day, Jan 18 but will resume on 1/25.)

$50 Combo Package: Zoom + On Demand. Add the On Demand option to your Zoom class registration for just $50!**
**When choosing the Combination Package (Zoom + On Demand), choose your preferred Zoom class first, and then click "Add More Items" and choose the On Demand option.
- One small-group, interactive class via Zoom, every week with your teacher OR one weekly On Demand pre-recorded class to enjoy at your convenience. Instead of going to your class once a week, your class will come to you--via computer, tablet, or phone!
- Bonus content from the Music Together of Portland teaching crew. Online bonus content includes covers of favorite songs, musical crafts, lullabies, parent education, and more, available on our private Facebook page and the Enrolled Families section of our website.
- Access to family resources from Music Together® Worldwide. Coloring pages, musical games, etc, exclusively for enrolled families.
- Current music collection for your class (songbook, CD, download code)--Bells (Music Together Online), Elephant (Rhythm Kids), or El Cascabel (Canta y Baila Conmigo®). We plan to have material pick up sites where you can get your materials before the session begins, or you can opt to have materials shipped to you at checkout.
No tuition refunds are given after the first class of the session. Once confirmed in a class, an administrative fee of $25 will be deducted for withdrawals.
Registration fees are non-refundable. Opened materials cannot be refunded/returned and must be purchased.
Two make-ups per family, per term are allowed on a space-available basis. Make-ups can only be redeemed during the current session and do not roll over term to term. You can schedule these on the website (under "Enrolled Families") any time during the session.
We know that for some of our families, finances have been greatly impacted by the current economic crisis. Thanks to the generosity of our wonderful community, we have a scholarship fund, and it is there to support you. Scholarship applications are available for those families who want to make the commitment to providing rich musical development opportunities for their family but may be in financial need.
